Inquiries and confirmation
Sending an inquiry through this website does not create a booking. A stay is confirmed only when our concierge team confirms it to you in writing, together with the rate, payment arrangements and cancellation terms that apply to your dates.
Rates
Rates are available on request and depend on the residence, dates, length of stay and services selected. The confirmed rate is the one stated in your written confirmation.
During your stay
Each residence has a maximum number of guests, check-in and check-out times and house notes, shown on its page and in your confirmation. Please observe them, and treat the residence and its neighbours with care.
Low-key gatherings and celebrations are welcome, provided they do not disturb the neighbours. Larger events with outside guests must be agreed in writing in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage to the residence or its contents during their stay beyond normal wear.
Concierge services
Services such as transfers, drivers and private chefs are arranged on request and are subject to availability. Any charges are confirmed with you before the service is arranged.
