Yes, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, on arrival at the villa. The concierge confirms the amount in writing beforehand and gives you a written receipt.
When do I get the payment details?
As soon as your dates are confirmed, from the concierge, in writing.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, on request. You also receive a written confirmation of the stay.
Will anyone else be staying at the villa?
No one else stays there: every villa is booked whole, to one group at a time, behind its own gate.
Can you arrange extras for our stay?
Yes: an invoice in your company's name, airport pickup at any hour and a private chef. The fee for each is confirmed before you confirm.
