Questions about staying with The Black Key Collection

Booking, payment, arrival, the concierge and the trip around your stay: the answers guests ask for most, in one place.

4 private villas · sleeps 4-8 · from $200/night · airport pickup at any hour

Each residence in The Black Key Collection is a whole private house, booked to one group at a time, with a concierge who arranges the rest. These are the questions guests ask before they stay, from the first message to the last morning: questions about a private villa in Kigali, and the trip around it. If yours is not here, Nkeng answers on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours.

Booking and payment

How do I book a villa?

Choose a villa and send your dates through the booking form on its page, or message Nkeng on WhatsApp. Nkeng replies with availability and a quote, usually within a few hours. Your stay is confirmed once Nkeng confirms it to you in writing, with the rate and the payment and cancellation terms for your dates.
