A villa is easier to judge feature by feature. Urugwiro is a four-bedroom villa on 2,000 m² of gated grounds in Kacyiru, with an infinity pool and an outdoor hot tub; these are its cinema and evenings.

Urugwiro sleeps up to eight, in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, with a duplex principal suite. The house goes to one group at a time.

At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.
