Each villa is booked to one group at a time, so the whole house is yours.
Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
A private chef cooks in the villa on request, and for a larger group a second or third chef joins.
On request the concierge arranges early check-in and late check-out, meeting table for 8 to 10, company invoices and currency exchange; the fee is confirmed first.

The villas are ranked by what a working week needs: a place to work, the internet, security, parking.
The list opens at Amahoro: a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house. The living room and the Red Room are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have modern ceiling fans.
Urugwiro is Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour. Urugwiro's living room becomes the Red Room cinema lounge at night, with a 100-inch screen and lights that change colour. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre.
Second on this page, Irebero, a villa in the quiet Rebero Hills where the wine bar becomes the group's private lounge after dark. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it.
The second address is Ikaze, a two-suite villa in Niboye, fenced, gated and watched over by a security company day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night. A very large, manicured garden and a shaded patio with seating for four come with the house.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
