For a team coming from the UAE, the villa replaces the hotel: Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero, all with fast Wi-Fi and all booked whole.
The route from the UAE runs through a hub: most travellers connect through Doha (Qatar Airways), Cairo (EgyptAir) or Addis Ababa (Ethiopian Airlines).
Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour, and the villas are about 15 to 20 minutes away.
Set your watch accordingly: Abu Dhabi is two hours ahead of Kigali.
Entering Rwanda from the UAE. Citizens of every country can get a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and at all land borders, or apply online before travelling. The visa fee does not exceed USD 50 for a single entry or USD 70 for multiple entries.
Stays are quoted in US dollars, while the UAE uses the United Arab Emirates dirham (AED). For the booking you can pay in US dollars (USD), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT) or Bitcoin (BTC), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and with MTN MoMo.
Prices start from $200/night, which is about 735 AED. The conversion uses the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 3.6725 AED), so treat it as a guide.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the details; never pay to details found anywhere else.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero each have a bedroom without stairs; Ikaze's bedrooms are upstairs.
Each villa is booked to one group at a time, so the whole house is yours.
Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour.
On request the concierge arranges company invoices, printing and admin help, private driver and VIP airport fast-track and meet and greet; the fee is confirmed first.

The villas are ranked by what a working week needs: a place to work, the internet, security, parking.
Start with Amahoro, a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house. Amahoro's long pool runs along the villa and is lit at dusk, with a fire-pit bench beside it. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.
Urugwiro is Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it. Restaurants, cafés and embassies are a short walk from the gate. Urugwiro has a barbecue in the gardens of its 2,000 m² grounds. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre.
The second address is Irebero, a villa in the quiet Rebero Hills where the wine bar becomes the group's private lounge after dark. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included.
Ikaze follows: a two-suite villa in Niboye, fenced, gated and watched over by a security company day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
