The event

The Rwanda International Trade Fair, known simply as Expo, runs for about three weeks from late July at the Gikondo Expo Ground, with exhibitors from across Africa and beyond. Teams that staff a stand for the whole fair need a base where they can rest, cook and prepare the next day.

Irebero, in Rebero, and Ikaze, in Niboye, are each about five minutes by car from the expo ground; Amahoro and Urugwiro about fifteen. An invoice in your company's name is available on request, and the concierge can arrange printing and a driver for the fair days.
