Each villa is booked whole, to one group at a time, behind its own gate, so the family moves through the house and the garden without strangers. Amahoro and Urugwiro sleep eight and Irebero seven, so a family of three generations can choose the house by its size. Urugwiro is a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a bedroom without stairs, so older guests can stay on one level.

Irebero, a hillside villa in the Rebero Hills with a pool and hot tub, a spa room, a private gym and a wine bar, sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, plus a guest bathroom downstairs. Irebero has a bedroom without stairs, so older guests can stay on one level.
