From Germany, a business stay in a Kigali villa gives you a desk, the internet and a house to yourselves. The workspace villas are Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero.
For Germany, the flight plan is one connection: most travellers connect through Brussels (Brussels Airlines), Paris CDG (RwandAir) or London Heathrow (RwandAir).
From the airport the drive to the villa is about 15 to 20 minutes, at any hour of the day or night.
Between Berlin and Kigali the clocks differ: Berlin is one hour behind Kigali in January and on Kigali's time in July.
Citizens of every country can get a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and at all land borders, or apply online before travelling. The visa fee does not exceed USD 50 for a single entry or USD 70 for multiple entries.
The villas are priced in US dollars rather than EUR; payment is accepted in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT), with MTN MoMo and with Airtel Money.
Villa rates begin from $200/night (about 178 EUR). That figure follows the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 0.8915 EUR); the concierge confirms the total in US dollars.
The concierge confirms the total in writing and sends the payment details after your dates are set.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero each have a bedroom without stairs; Ikaze's bedrooms are upstairs.
Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
An invoice in your company's name is available on request.
For a working stay, the concierge can arrange company invoices, printing and admin help, private driver and VIP airport fast-track and meet and greet.

A desk and a connection decide the order; security and parking come next.
The list opens at Amahoro: a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house. At Amahoro the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit close to the fire pit, so dinner and the evening happen in one place. At Amahoro the cinema is a room of its own, the Red Room, with deep sofas and a 100-inch screen. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room.
Urugwiro is Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre.
The second address is Irebero, a villa in the quiet Rebero Hills where the wine bar becomes the group's private lounge after dark. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it.
Next, Ikaze: a two-suite villa in Niboye, fenced, gated and watched over by a security company day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
