Travelling from France for work? Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero. Each villa is booked to your team alone, with Wi-Fi throughout.
RwandAir flies non-stop from Paris (CDG), which puts a Kigali villa one flight away from France.
Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour, and the villas are about 15 to 20 minutes away.
Set your watch accordingly: Paris is one hour behind Kigali in January and on Kigali's time in July.
Entry for France: As citizens of a member state of the African Union, the Commonwealth or La Francophonie, you receive a visa on arrival and the visa fee is waived for a visit of up to 30 days.
Stays are quoted in US dollars, while France uses the euro (EUR). For the booking you can pay in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT), with MTN MoMo and with Airtel Money.
Villa rates begin from $200/night (about 178 EUR). That figure follows the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 0.8915 EUR); the concierge confirms the total in US dollars.
No payment details are published on this website: the concierge sends them once your dates are confirmed.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
An invoice in your company's name is available on request.
Each villa is booked to one group at a time, so the whole house is yours.
A private chef cooks in the villa on request, and for a larger group a second or third chef joins.
Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
To keep the team productive, the concierge arranges meeting table for 8 to 10, company invoices, printing and admin help and currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm.

Ordered for a working stay: a dedicated workspace first, then connectivity, security and parking.
Amahoro opens the list: a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. At Amahoro the cinema is a room of its own, the Red Room, with deep sofas and a 100-inch screen. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.
Urugwiro is the next door to open: a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it. Urugwiro has a barbecue in the gardens of its 2,000 m² grounds.
After that comes Irebero, a Rebero villa with a dedicated workspace for the day and a pool, gym and spa room to reset. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair.
Another house, Ikaze, a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
