Why a private cinema room

Guests love the Red Room. At Amahoro, in Kibagabaga, it is a separate room with deep sofas and a 100-inch screen, so a film night never takes over the living room. The rest of the evening happens around it: dinner from the outdoor kitchen, the fire pit, then the film.

Two other villas have the same 100-inch screen in the living room itself. At Urugwiro, in Kacyiru, the double-height living room becomes a cinema at night, with lights that change colour. At Ikaze, in Niboye, the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with red mood lighting around the screen. Which one suits you depends on the group: eight guests for Amahoro and Urugwiro, four for Ikaze.

Good to know

For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it. An invoice in your company's name is available on request. Short stays only: the villas receive guests for holidays, trips and celebrations.

Urugwiro, a villa set in landscaped gardens in Kacyiru, about five minutes by car from the Kigali Convention Centre, sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, with a duplex principal suite. Urugwiro's living room becomes the Red Room cinema lounge at night, with a 100-inch screen and lights that change colour.

Ikaze is a villa in Niboye with a shaded patio, a lawn, an outdoor playground and a high chair. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV.

No. Each villa is booked to one group at a time, so the whole house, its garden and its pool are yours.

What if our group is bigger?

Each villa on this page sleeps up to eight, depending on the villa; beyond that, the concierge books several villas together for the group.

Is airport pickup available at night?

Yes. Flights land at all hours and the pickup follows them. Amahoro and Urugwiro are about 20 minutes away, Ikaze about 15 by car.

Can the stay be tailored?

Yes. Tell the concierge what you have in mind, such as a private chef, a celebration set-up and groceries stocked before you arrive; each is quoted before you confirm.

How do we pay for the stay?

In US dollars or Rwandan francs, by MTN MoMo or Airtel Money, or in crypto such as USDT or Bitcoin. The concierge sends the payment details once your dates are confirmed.
