How it works from the UK

A bank transfer suits companies and guests who pay a larger stay from a bank account in the UK. Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in US dollars in writing. Allow a few working days for an international transfer to arrive; your bank converts from pounds sterling if your account is in pounds sterling.

Your price

A night at a whole villa in Kigali starts at $200, about £150. You can pay in pounds sterling; stays are quoted in US dollars, so the concierge confirms the total in pounds sterling in writing first.

Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.

What you receive

Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in writing; bank details are never published on this website, and you should check they came from the concierge before you send anything. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice, in your company's name on request.

Payment details come only from the concierge

No account number, wallet address or payment link is ever published on this website. The payment details come only from the concierge, in writing, after your dates are confirmed; if you receive details from anyone else, ask the concierge before you send anything.

Good to know

Three of the four villas have a bedroom without stairs for older guests, and children are welcome. Every villa has Wi-Fi and a place to work. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Arranged by your concierge

Around the stay, the concierge can add airport pickup at any hour, an invoice in your company's name and help with currency exchange; every item is quoted before you confirm. Tell the concierge your dates and the size of the group, and the rest follows.

The villas

Ikaze, a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites, sleeps up to four guests in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen.

In this group: Urugwiro, a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock.

Irebero: Rebero's villa of wellness: a spa room free to use, a gym, a pool and a rooftop lounge over the city. Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs.

Then there is Amahoro, a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.
