How it works from Uganda

A bank transfer suits companies and guests who pay a larger stay from a bank account in Uganda. Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in US dollars in writing. Allow a few working days for an international transfer to arrive; your bank converts from Ugandan shillings if your account is in Ugandan shillings.

Your price

A night at a whole villa in Kigali starts at $200, about 810,000 Ugandan shillings. Because stays are quoted in US dollars, the amount in Ugandan shillings moves with the rate; the concierge confirms the total in writing before anything is paid.

Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.

What you receive

Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in writing; bank details are never published on this website, and you should check they came from the concierge before you send anything. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice, in your company's name on request.

Payment details come only from the concierge

No account number, wallet address or payment link is ever published on this website. The payment details come only from the concierge, in writing, after your dates are confirmed; if you receive details from anyone else, ask the concierge before you send anything.

Good to know

Three of the four villas have a bedroom without stairs for older guests, and children are welcome. Rates are in US dollars; you can pay in USD, in Rwandan francs, by mobile money or in crypto. Tell the concierge your dates, the number of guests and the occasion, and the villa is ready when you arrive.

Arranged by your concierge

On request, the concierge arranges help with currency exchange, airport pickup at any hour and an invoice in your company's name, with the fee confirmed before anything is booked. Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour.
