Low-key celebrations are welcome at every villa, as long as the neighbourhood is not disturbed. Amahoro and Urugwiro host up to eight guests, Irebero seven and Ikaze four; for a bigger party, several villas can be booked together. Tell the concierge the date, the guest of honour and the mood, and the set-up, a custom cake, a private chef and quiet music are arranged before you arrive.

For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it. An invoice in your company's name is available on request. Short stays only: the villas receive guests for holidays, trips and celebrations.

The villas

Every house below is private, gated and looked after by a house manager.

In this group: Amahoro, a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.

Urugwiro, Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies, sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, with a duplex principal suite. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock.

Irebero is a four-bedroom villa on 1,000 m² of tropical gardens in Rebero, minutes from the city centre. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying.

Ikaze is Kicukiro's villa with a canopy-bed principal suite, a balcony and a very large private garden. Ikaze sleeps up to four. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night.

How do we pay for the stay?
