How it works

A team offsite works well away from the office and away from a hotel ballroom. A villa gives the team one house, one table and no distractions: a meeting table for eight to ten on request, Wi-Fi throughout, and a garden or a terrace for the breaks.

Urugwiro has a dedicated office near the Kigali Convention Centre, Amahoro a workspace in every bedroom, Irebero an executive workspace and a gym. For a bigger team, several villas can be booked together. A private chef cooks for the group, a driver handles the transfers, and an invoice in your company's name is available on request.

Low-key celebrations are welcome at every villa, as long as the neighbourhood is not disturbed. Rates are in US dollars; you can pay in USD, in Rwandan francs, by mobile money or in crypto. The villas it suits

Urugwiro is Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies. Urugwiro sleeps up to eight. A dedicated office sits alongside the living spaces, with Wi-Fi throughout.

Amahoro is a duplex villa in Kibagabaga with the feel of a penthouse, a pool and a fire pit for the evenings. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.

Irebero, Rebero's villa of wellness: a spa room free to use, a gym, a pool and a rooftop lounge over the city, sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, plus a guest bathroom downstairs. A dedicated workspace lets a working day fit in without taking over the stay.
