About the venue

The Kigali Conference and Exhibition Village stands on KN 3 Avenue at Camp Kigali, close to the city centre, and hosts exhibitions and events through the year. For a delegation or an exhibitor team, a villa nearby keeps the days simple and the evenings private.

Irebero, in the Rebero Hills, is about ten minutes by car, with a dedicated workspace, a gym and a spa room for the end of the day. Amahoro, Urugwiro and Ikaze are about twenty minutes away. A private driver can be arranged for every event day, and a meeting table for eight to ten can be set up at the villa on request.

From each villa, by car

From Irebero (Rebero), about 10 minutes. Amahoro, in Kibagabaga: about 20 minutes by car. About 20 minutes from Ikaze, in Niboye, Kicukiro. Urugwiro is about 20 minutes away by car. Drive times are estimates for off-peak traffic; the concierge confirms them for your days.

Good to know

Pets are welcome at every villa. A private chef cooks in the villa on request, with a second or third chef for a larger group. The concierge can look for a babysitter on request.
