Travelling from DR Congo for work? Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero. Each villa is booked to your team alone, with Wi-Fi throughout.
The route from DR Congo runs through a hub: most travellers connect through Nairobi (Kenya Airways), Addis Ababa (Ethiopian Airlines) or Cairo (EgyptAir).
From the airport the drive to the villa is about 15 to 20 minutes, at any hour of the day or night.
On the clock, Kinshasa is one hour behind Kigali, so plan the flight and the first call with the concierge around it.
Visa and entry: Citizens of this country receive a 90-day visa free of charge on arrival.
At home you spend in Congolese franc (CDF). The stay itself is quoted in US dollars. You can pay with MTN MoMo, with Airtel Money, in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and in crypto, such as Tether (USDT).
A whole villa starts from $200/night (about 463,000 CDF). Converted amounts use the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 2,314.85 CDF) and are a guide, not a quote.
Payment details come only from the concierge, after your dates are confirmed.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
Each villa is booked to one group at a time, so the whole house is yours.
To keep the team productive, the concierge arranges printing and admin help, private driver, interpreter (English, French, Kinyarwanda) and VIP airport fast-track and meet and greet, each quoted before you confirm.

Ordered for a working stay: a dedicated workspace first, then connectivity, security and parking.
Amahoro comes first: a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. At Amahoro the cinema is a room of its own, the Red Room, with deep sofas and a 100-inch screen. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.
Next, Urugwiro: a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock. Urugwiro's living room becomes the Red Room cinema lounge at night, with a 100-inch screen and lights that change colour.
After that comes Irebero, a Rebero villa with a dedicated workspace for the day and a pool, gym and spa room to reset. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair.
Ikaze is a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
