Urugwiro is a four-bedroom villa on 2,000 m² of gated grounds in Kacyiru, with an infinity pool and an outdoor hot tub. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans. Urugwiro has a barbecue in the gardens of its 2,000 m² grounds. Urugwiro sleeps eight in four bedrooms: one king and three queens; three are en-suite and the fourth uses the hallway bathroom.

Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors.
Ikaze follows: a villa in Niboye with a shaded patio, a lawn, an outdoor playground and a high chair. Ikaze sleeps four in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, one with a king bed under a canopy and one with a double bed; a half bathroom is there for guests. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV. Ikaze's garden is very large and manicured, with a shaded patio for four and an outdoor playground. The principal suite has a king bed under a canopy, a 65-inch screen and a balcony with views.
