Travelling from Tanzania for work? Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero. Each villa is booked to your team alone, with Wi-Fi throughout.
On the flight side, RwandAir flies non-stop from Dar es Salaam (DAR) and Zanzibar (ZNZ), so there is no connection to plan.
From the airport the drive to the villa is about 15 to 20 minutes, at any hour of the day or night.
Set your watch accordingly: Dodoma is one hour ahead of Kigali.
Entry for Tanzania: Citizens of East African Community partner states receive an entry pass free of charge on arrival, for a stay of up to six months.
Stays are quoted in US dollars, while Tanzania uses the Tanzanian shilling (TZS). For the booking you can pay with MTN MoMo, with Airtel Money, in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and in crypto, such as Tether (USDT).
A whole villa starts from $200/night (about 528,000 TZS). Converted amounts use the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 2,640.08 TZS) and are a guide, not a quote.
No payment details are published on this website: the concierge sends them once your dates are confirmed.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
An invoice in your company's name is available on request.
Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour.
Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
To keep the team productive, the concierge arranges printing and admin help, private driver, interpreter (English, French, Kinyarwanda) and currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm.

Ordered for a working stay: a dedicated workspace first, then connectivity, security and parking.
At the head of the list, Amahoro: a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. Amahoro's long pool runs along the villa and is lit at dusk, with a fire-pit bench beside it. The living room and the Red Room are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have modern ceiling fans. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.
Urugwiro is the next door to open: a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre. Restaurants, cafés and embassies are a short walk from the gate. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.
Another house, Irebero, a Rebero villa with a dedicated workspace for the day and a pool, gym and spa room to reset. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors. Air conditioning is in the principal suite and the second bedroom; the other rooms have modern ceiling fans. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair.
After that comes Ikaze, a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
