When the whole group travels from Tanzania, the villa is booked as one house: Amahoro, Urugwiro, Irebero and Ikaze. The concierge can book several villas together for a bigger group.
RwandAir flies non-stop from Dar es Salaam (DAR) and Zanzibar (ZNZ), which puts a Kigali villa one flight away from Tanzania.
The villas are about 15 to 20 minutes by car from the airport, and the pickup is arranged at any hour.
Set your watch accordingly: Dodoma is one hour ahead of Kigali.
Entry for Tanzania: Citizens of East African Community partner states receive an entry pass free of charge on arrival, for a stay of up to six months.
The villas are priced in US dollars rather than TZS; payment is accepted with MTN MoMo, with Airtel Money, in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and in crypto, such as Tether (USDT).
Prices start from $200/night, which is about 528,000 TZS. The conversion uses the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 2,640.08 TZS), so treat it as a guide.
The concierge confirms the total in writing and sends the payment details after your dates are set.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it.
A private chef cooks in the villa on request, and for a larger group a second or third chef joins.
To feed and move a group, the concierge arranges restaurant and nightlife bookings, babysitter on request, daily housekeeping and currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm.

For a group the first question is room, so the villas are in order of how many they sleep, then by what the group can share outside.
Amahoro comes first: a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock. The living room and the Red Room are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have modern ceiling fans. At Amahoro the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit close to the fire pit, so dinner and the evening happen in one place. Amahoro sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms: one king and three queens.
Urugwiro is the next door to open: a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro sleeps eight in four bedrooms: one king and three queens; three are en-suite and the fourth uses the hallway bathroom. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour. The principal suite is a duplex with its own lounge. Urugwiro's living room becomes the Red Room cinema lounge at night, with a 100-inch screen and lights that change colour.
Then Irebero: a four-bedroom villa on 1,000 m² of tropical gardens in Rebero, minutes from the city centre. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying. Air conditioning is in the principal suite and the second bedroom; the other rooms have modern ceiling fans. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors. Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs.
Another house, Ikaze, a two-suite villa in Niboye, fenced, gated and watched over by a security company day and night. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV. Ikaze's garden is very large and manicured, with a shaded patio for four and an outdoor playground. Ikaze sleeps four in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, one with a king bed under a canopy and one with a double bed; a half bathroom is there for guests.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
