How it works today

Apple Pay is accepted for every villa: you pay with the card already in your Apple Wallet, from your phone. Stays are quoted in US dollars.

What you receive

Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the way to pay with Apple Pay and the amount in writing; any card fee is confirmed by the concierge in your quote. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice on request.

Good to know

Low-key celebrations are welcome at every villa, as long as the neighbourhood is not disturbed. Rates are in US dollars; you can pay in USD, in Rwandan francs, by mobile money or in crypto. Tell the concierge your dates, the number of guests and the occasion, and the villa is ready when you arrive.

Arranged by your concierge

On request, the concierge arranges airport pickup at any hour, a private chef and an eSIM or SIM card on arrival, with the fee confirmed before anything is booked. Tell the concierge your dates and the size of the group, and the rest follows.

Other ways to pay

Apple Pay from other countries

  • You can pay for your stay with Apple Pay, directly with the concierge.
  • The concierge confirms the total in writing before you pay.
  • For payments with Apple Pay, no details are published on the website; the concierge sends them once your dates are confirmed.
  • After you pay with Apple Pay, you receive a written confirmation and, on request, an invoice.

The villas

Irebero, Rebero's villa of wellness: a spa room free to use, a gym, a pool and a rooftop lounge over the city, sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, plus a guest bathroom downstairs. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included.

In this group: Amahoro, a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.

Questions (FAQ)

Do the villas take Apple Pay?

Yes, every villa of the collection accepts it, through the concierge.

Where do I find the payment details?

Only from the concierge, after your dates are confirmed. Nothing is published on the website.

Can the invoice be in my company's name?

Yes. An invoice in your company's name is available on request.

Do we share the house with strangers?

No. A villa is never shared: one booking, one group, the whole house.

How many guests can stay?

Each villa sleeps up to eight, depending on the villa. For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it.
