How it works from the Netherlands

From the Netherlands, Apple Pay uses the card already saved in your Apple Wallet. The concierge sends the amount and the way to pay in writing once your dates are confirmed, and your bank converts the US dollar amount from euros.

Your price

Villas start from $200 a night, about €180 at today's rate, and euros are accepted: the concierge confirms the total in euros in writing before you pay.

Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.

What you receive

Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the way to pay with Apple Pay and the amount in writing; any card fee is confirmed by the concierge in your quote. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice on request.

Payment details come only from the concierge

Payment details are sent by the concierge, in writing, once your dates are confirmed, and never appear on this website. If anyone else sends you details, check with the concierge first.

Good to know

For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it. An invoice in your company's name is available on request. Short stays only: the villas receive guests for holidays, trips and celebrations.

Arranged by your concierge

Ask the concierge for airport pickup at any hour, a private chef and an eSIM or SIM card on arrival: each is arranged for a fee quoted before you confirm. One message on WhatsApp starts it: your dates, the group and what you have in mind.

The villas

Then there is Amahoro, a private villa behind its own gate in Kibagabaga, a quiet residential part of Kigali. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.

Ikaze: a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen.

In this group: Urugwiro, a Kacyiru villa with terraces over the city, a pool and a barbecue in the gardens. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.

Irebero, Rebero's villa of wellness: a spa room free to use, a gym, a pool and a rooftop lounge over the city, sleeps up to seven guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, plus a guest bathroom downstairs. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying.

“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
