How it works from the Netherlands

A bank transfer suits companies and guests who pay a larger stay from a bank account in the Netherlands. Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in US dollars in writing. Allow a few working days for an international transfer to arrive; your bank converts from euros if your account is in euros.

Your price

A night at a whole villa in Kigali starts at $200, about €180. You can pay in euros; stays are quoted in US dollars, so the concierge confirms the total in euros in writing first.

Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.

What you receive

Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the bank details and the amount in writing; bank details are never published on this website, and you should check they came from the concierge before you send anything. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice, in your company's name on request.

Payment details come only from the concierge

No account number, wallet address or payment link is ever published on this website. The payment details come only from the concierge, in writing, after your dates are confirmed; if you receive details from anyone else, ask the concierge before you send anything.

Good to know

Three of the four villas have a bedroom without stairs for older guests, and children are welcome. Every villa has Wi-Fi and a place to work. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.

Arranged by your concierge

On request, the concierge arranges an invoice in your company's name, help with currency exchange and airport pickup at any hour, with the fee confirmed before anything is booked. Tell the concierge your dates and the size of the group, and the rest follows.

The villas

Urugwiro, a villa set in landscaped gardens in Kacyiru, about five minutes by car from the Kigali Convention Centre, sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, with a duplex principal suite. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.

In this group: Ikaze, a villa in Niboye with a shaded patio, a lawn, an outdoor playground and a high chair. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen.

Amahoro: Kibagabaga's villa of four suites, two living rooms, a pool and a cinema room. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room.

Then there is Irebero, a villa in the quiet Rebero Hills where the wine bar becomes the group's private lounge after dark. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying.
