How it works from the Netherlands
From the Netherlands, you can pay for the whole stay in euros. Rates are quoted in US dollars, so the concierge sends the total in euros and the payment details in writing after confirming your dates.
Paying in euros from the Netherlands works for every villa in Kigali. Stays are quoted in US dollars, so the concierge confirms the total in euros in writing before you pay.

Villas start from $200 a night, about €180 at today's rate, and euros are accepted: the concierge confirms the total in euros in writing before you pay.
Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the payment details and the amount in euros. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice, in your company's name on request. In Kigali itself, US dollars and Rwandan francs are the usual currencies; the concierge can help you change money.
Payment details are sent by the concierge, in writing, once your dates are confirmed, and never appear on this website. If anyone else sends you details, check with the concierge first.
Pets are welcome at every villa. An invoice in your company's name is available on request. Short stays only: the villas receive guests for holidays, trips and celebrations.
Your concierge can arrange an invoice in your company's name, airport pickup at any hour and help with currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm. One message on WhatsApp starts it: your dates, the group and what you have in mind.

In this group: Ikaze, a villa in Niboye with a shaded patio, a lawn, an outdoor playground and a high chair. Ikaze sleeps four in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, one with a king bed under a canopy and one with a double bed; a half bathroom is there for guests.
Urugwiro, a villa set in landscaped gardens in Kacyiru, about five minutes by car from the Kigali Convention Centre, sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, three of them en-suite, with a duplex principal suite. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.
Then there is Irebero, a four-bedroom villa on 1,000 m² of tropical gardens in Rebero, minutes from the city centre. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying.
Amahoro: a gated villa in Kibagabaga with a private pool, the Red Room cinema and terraces that look across the hills. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room.
