How it works from Uganda
Paying in US dollars from Uganda keeps it simple: the amount you are quoted is the amount you pay. The concierge sends the total and the payment details in writing after confirming your dates.
Paying in US dollars from Uganda works for every villa in Kigali. Stays are quoted in US dollars, so paying in dollars from Uganda means no conversion on our side.
Paying in US dollars from Uganda keeps it simple: the amount you are quoted is the amount you pay. The concierge sends the total and the payment details in writing after confirming your dates.
Villas start from $200 a night, which is about 810,000 Ugandan shillings at today's rate. The figure in Ugandan shillings is a guide: stays are quoted in US dollars, and the concierge confirms the exact amount in writing before you pay.
Exchange rate updated daily and shown as a guide; the concierge confirms the exact amount before you pay.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the payment details and confirms the amount. You receive a written confirmation of your stay, and an invoice, in your company's name if you ask. The concierge can also help you change some dollars into Rwandan francs for markets and tips.
Payment details are sent by the concierge, in writing, once your dates are confirmed, and never appear on this website. If anyone else sends you details, check with the concierge first.
Pets are welcome at every villa. An invoice in your company's name is available on request. Short stays only: the villas receive guests for holidays, trips and celebrations.
Your concierge can arrange airport pickup at any hour, an invoice in your company's name and help with currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm. One message on WhatsApp starts it: your dates, the group and what you have in mind.
