Euros are accepted for every villa, which suits guests from the eurozone. Rates are quoted in US dollars, so the concierge confirms the total in euros in writing before you pay.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the payment details and the amount in euros. You receive a written confirmation of your stay and an invoice, in your company's name on request. In Kigali itself, US dollars and Rwandan francs are the usual currencies; the concierge can help you change money.
There is no lobby and no one else staying: the house, its garden and its pool are yours. Every villa has Wi-Fi and a place to work. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Add help with currency exchange, an invoice in your company's name and airport pickup at any hour through the concierge; each comes with a fee quoted before you confirm. Tell the concierge your dates and the size of the group, and the rest follows.
