How it works

Roaming is expensive and Wi-Fi only works at the villa. On request, the concierge arranges a local eSIM or SIM card for your arrival, so maps, messages and calls work on the drive from the airport and on every day out.

Tell the concierge which phones need it and whether they take an eSIM; the details and the fee are confirmed before you confirm. Every villa has Wi-Fi, and Ikaze also has fibre internet, so the local line is for the hours away from the house.

Good to know

For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it. Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour; the villas are about fifteen to twenty minutes from Kigali International Airport. Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.

Arranged by your concierge

The concierge looks after the rest, including airport pickup at any hour, help with currency exchange and a VIP airport meet and greet, and quotes each item before you confirm. Every arrangement is confirmed in writing before your stay.
