How it works
Some travellers are asked to show where they will stay in Rwanda: by a consulate, by an airline at check-in, or with an online visa application. On request, once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends a letter confirming your booking at the villa, with the address and the dates.
The letter confirms your accommodation; it does not replace the visa itself, and entry rules are set by Rwanda's Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration. Check the rules for your passport on the official page before you travel; the online application is on Irembo.
