Travelling from the US for work? Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero. Each villa is booked to your team alone, with Wi-Fi throughout.
To reach Kigali from the US, most travellers connect through London Heathrow (RwandAir), Paris CDG (RwandAir) or Brussels (Brussels Airlines); the airport pickup is arranged by the concierge.
The villas are about 15 to 20 minutes by car from the airport, and the pickup is arranged at any hour.
Washington is seven hours behind Kigali in January and six hours behind in July.
Entry for the US: Citizens of every country can get a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and at all land borders, or apply online before travelling. The visa fee does not exceed USD 50 for a single entry or USD 70 for multiple entries.
Stays are quoted in US dollars, which is also the currency of the US, so there is nothing to convert. You can pay in US dollars (USD), in Rwandan francs (RWF), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT), with MTN MoMo and with Airtel Money.
Expect rates from from $200/night for the whole house.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the details; never pay to details found anywhere else.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
An invoice in your company's name is available on request.
Airport pickup can be arranged at any hour.
To keep the team productive, the concierge arranges printing and admin help, private driver, interpreter (English, French, Kinyarwanda) and VIP airport fast-track and meet and greet, each quoted before you confirm.

Amahoro is a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.
Second on this page, Urugwiro, a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it.
Another house, Irebero, a Rebero villa with a dedicated workspace for the day and a pool, gym and spa room to reset. After dark the wine bar becomes a private lounge for the group staying. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair.
