Leading the list, Urugwiro is a Kacyiru villa with terraces over the city, a pool and a barbecue in the gardens. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it. Urugwiro's terraces look out over the city from Kacyiru. Urugwiro stands on 2,000 m² of gated, landscaped grounds, with flowering paths and lawns around the pool. At Urugwiro the hot tub is outdoors, in the gardens of the gated grounds.
After that comes Irebero, a hillside villa in the Rebero Hills with a pool and hot tub, a spa room, a private gym and a wine bar. At Irebero the hot tub sits next to the pool, in the gardens. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it.
Amahoro is Kibagabaga's villa of four suites, two living rooms, a pool and a cinema room. Each of Amahoro's four bedrooms opens onto its own terrace, and the terraces look across the Kibagabaga hills. Amahoro's long pool runs along the villa and is lit at dusk, with a fire-pit bench beside it.
