For travellers from Nigeria, the pool answer is three villas out of four: Urugwiro, Irebero and Amahoro. None is shared with other guests.
Travellers from Nigeria fly straight in: RwandAir flies non-stop from Lagos (LOS).
The villas are about 20 minutes by car from the airport, and the pickup is arranged at any hour.
Time difference: Abuja is one hour behind Kigali.
Before you fly: As citizens of a member state of the African Union, the Commonwealth or La Francophonie, you receive a visa on arrival and the visa fee is waived for a visit of up to 30 days.
At home you spend in Nigerian naira (NGN). The stay itself is quoted in US dollars. You can pay in US dollars (USD), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT) or Bitcoin (BTC), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and with MTN MoMo.
Prices start from $399/night, which is about 532,000 NGN. The conversion uses the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 1,332.82 NGN), so treat it as a guide.
Once your dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the details; never pay to details found anywhere else.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero each have a bedroom without stairs; Ikaze's bedrooms are upstairs.
A private chef cooks in the villa on request, and for a larger group a second or third chef joins.
On request the concierge arranges yoga and personal trainer, grocery pre-stocking, private dining with wine pairing and currency exchange, with the fee confirmed first.

The order follows the pool setting: Urugwiro first, then the others, each with its own water and its own garden.
Urugwiro comes first: a four-bedroom villa on 2,000 m² of gated grounds in Kacyiru, with an infinity pool and an outdoor hot tub. At Urugwiro the hot tub is outdoors, in the gardens of the gated grounds. Urugwiro's infinity pool reflects the villa and the sky, with a covered lounge above it.
Next, Irebero: Rebero's villa of wellness: a spa room free to use, a gym, a pool and a rooftop lounge over the city. Irebero's pool sits within the tropical gardens, with the hot tub beside it. Irebero stands in 1,000 m² of landscaped tropical gardens, with the pool and hot tub inside them.
Second on this page, Amahoro, a duplex villa in Kibagabaga with the feel of a penthouse, a pool and a fire pit for the evenings. Amahoro's long pool runs along the villa and is lit at dusk, with a fire-pit bench beside it. Amahoro's fire pit sits in a sunken lounge by the pool, lit after dark.
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
“We will be back, that is for sure. Rare to find a property that meets all your requirement but this is a pristine development with a lovely pool.”
