When the whole group travels from Nigeria, the villa is booked as one house: Amahoro, Urugwiro, Irebero and Ikaze. The concierge can book several villas together for a bigger group.
On the flight side, RwandAir flies non-stop from Lagos (LOS), so there is no connection to plan.
Send the flight number once it is booked, and the pickup follows it; the drive to the villa takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
Time difference: Abuja is one hour behind Kigali.
Visa and entry: As citizens of a member state of the African Union, the Commonwealth or La Francophonie, you receive a visa on arrival and the visa fee is waived for a visit of up to 30 days.
Pay for the stay in US dollars (USD), in crypto, such as Tether (USDT) or Bitcoin (BTC), in Rwandan francs (RWF) and with MTN MoMo. The rates are in US dollars, not NGN.
Villa rates begin from $200/night (about 267,000 NGN). That figure follows the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 1,332.82 NGN); the concierge confirms the total in US dollars.
Details are shared by the concierge alone, in writing, once the dates are confirmed.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Pets are welcome at every villa.
For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it.
To feed and move a group, the concierge arranges private chef and groceries, private driver, restaurant and nightlife bookings and currency exchange, each quoted before you confirm.

For a group the first question is room, so the villas are in order of how many they sleep, then by what the group can share outside.
At the head of the list, Amahoro: a four-suite villa in Kibagabaga where the evenings move from the pool to the fire pit and on to the cinema. At Amahoro the cinema is a room of its own, the Red Room, with deep sofas and a 100-inch screen. The principal suite adds a king bed, a rain shower and a soaking tub. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room. Amahoro sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms: one king and three queens.
Second on this page, Urugwiro, a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro sleeps eight in four bedrooms: one king and three queens; three are en-suite and the fourth uses the hallway bathroom. Urugwiro has a barbecue in the gardens of its 2,000 m² grounds. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock.
Then Irebero: a four-bedroom villa on 1,000 m² of tropical gardens in Rebero, minutes from the city centre. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included. Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs.
Ikaze is a two-suite villa in Niboye, fenced, gated and watched over by a security company day and night. The garden has an outdoor playground, and the house has a high chair. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night. Ikaze sleeps four in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, one with a king bed under a canopy and one with a double bed; a half bathroom is there for guests.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
