A whole villa starts from $200/night (about 806,000 UGX). Converted amounts use the rate of 20 October 2026 (1 USD = 4,029.72 UGX) and are a guide, not a quote.

Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it.

Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.
A private chef cooks in the villa on request, and for a larger group a second or third chef joins.

Capacity decides the order here; shared spaces break any tie.
The list opens at Amahoro: a four-suite villa in Kibagabaga where the evenings move from the pool to the fire pit and on to the cinema. Amahoro sleeps eight in four en-suite bedrooms: one king and three queens. The principal suite adds a king bed, a rain shower and a soaking tub. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock. At Amahoro the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit close to the fire pit, so dinner and the evening happen in one place.
Also here, Urugwiro, a four-bedroom villa on 2,000 m² of gated grounds in Kacyiru, with an infinity pool and an outdoor hot tub. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans. Urugwiro sleeps eight in four bedrooms: one king and three queens; three are en-suite and the fourth uses the hallway bathroom.
Second on this page, Irebero, a villa in Rebero with two full kitchens, an outdoor kitchen and long terrace dinners. Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs. Air conditioning is in the principal suite and the second bedroom; the other rooms have modern ceiling fans.
Ikaze is the next door to open: a villa in Niboye with a shaded patio, a lawn, an outdoor playground and a high chair. Ikaze sleeps four in two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, one with a king bed under a canopy and one with a double bed; a half bathroom is there for guests. The garden has an outdoor playground, and the house has a high chair. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and a professional security company watches the house day and night.
“All in all the staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and has daily house cleaning.”
“It felt like a perfect blend of elegance, comfort, and privacy.”
