The villas, in order for this stay
Listed for a working stay, Amahoro first, then the others in the same order of workspace, connection and security.
At the head of the list, Amahoro: a villa in Kibagabaga with a workspace in every bedroom and views across the hills. At Amahoro the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit close to the fire pit, so dinner and the evening happen in one place. Amahoro's long pool runs along the villa and is lit at dusk, with a fire-pit bench beside it. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock. Every bedroom has its own workspace, and Wi-Fi runs through the house.
Urugwiro is the next door to open: a gated villa in Kacyiru with a duplex principal suite and a second lounge for a quieter corner. Urugwiro has a dedicated office alongside the living spaces, in a gated compound near the Kigali Convention Centre. The living rooms are air-conditioned; the bedrooms have fans.
Then Irebero: a Rebero villa with a dedicated workspace for the day and a pool, gym and spa room to reset. At Irebero the outdoor kitchen and barbecue sit beside the terrace dining area, on top of two full kitchens indoors. Irebero has a dedicated workspace with a desk, a bookshelf and an armchair.
Ikaze is a quiet house in Kicukiro with fibre internet and two air-conditioned suites. At Ikaze the living room becomes the Red Room after dark, with Netflix ready on the TV. A very large, manicured garden and a shaded patio with seating for four come with the house. Ikaze has fibre internet, included in the stay, in a quiet house 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.
