Several villas for 10

Ten is a family reunion, a wedding party or a team offsite, and it is more than any one of our houses holds: Amahoro and Urugwiro sleep eight, Irebero seven and Ikaze four. Any two of the four villas together sleep ten or more, so the group spreads across two private houses instead of squeezing into one.

Each pair gives the group something different to share. Amahoro with Urugwiro makes eight bedrooms for up to sixteen guests; Irebero with Ikaze makes six bedrooms for up to eleven. Every villa is booked whole, to one group at a time, so both houses are yours alone.

Good to know

There is no lobby and no one else staying: the house, its garden and its pool are yours. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested around your flights. Your concierge answers on WhatsApp before you arrive and during your stay.

Arranged by your concierge

On request, the concierge arranges a private chef, several villas for one family and airport pickup at any hour, with the fee confirmed before anything is booked. Tell the concierge your dates and the size of the group, and the rest follows.

  • Amahoro (8 guests), Urugwiro (8 guests), Irebero (7 guests) and Ikaze (4 guests) can be booked together for 10 guests in Kigali.
  • The fewest villas for 10 guests is 2, with room for up to 16 guests together.
  • The villas that can be combined for 10 guests have 4 bedrooms at Amahoro, 4 bedrooms at Urugwiro, 4 bedrooms at Irebero and 2 bedrooms at Ikaze.
  • All four villas in Kigali together sleep up to 27 guests.

The villas that go together

The houses that fit, one by one.

Amahoro: a four-suite villa in Kibagabaga where the evenings move from the pool to the fire pit and on to the cinema. Evenings move outdoors to the fire pit and the outdoor kitchen, and end in the cinema room.

Then there is Urugwiro, a Kacyiru villa with terraces over the city, a pool and a barbecue in the gardens. A house manager is on the property, housekeeping is daily and a security guard is on duty around the clock.

Irebero is a villa in Rebero with two full kitchens, an outdoor kitchen and long terrace dinners. Irebero sleeps up to seven. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included.

Ikaze is a gated house in Niboye whose living room becomes the Red Room after dark. After dark the living room becomes the Red Room: red mood lighting around a 100-inch screen.

At least two villas are needed: the two largest sleep up to 16 guests together, and all four villas up to 27.

Is there a villa for 10 guests?

Not in a single one: no villa hosts that many, so two are booked together (Amahoro (8 guests), Urugwiro (8 guests), Irebero (7 guests) and Ikaze (4 guests)), arranged by the concierge.

Who arranges the villas together?

The concierge does: several villas can be booked together, and it is arranged for you.

Will anyone else be staying at the villa?

No one else stays there: every villa is booked whole, to one group at a time, behind its own gate.

Is airport pickup available at night?

Yes. Flights land at all hours and the pickup follows them. Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero are about 20 minutes away, Ikaze about 15 by car.

Can we pay in our own currency?

Rates are in US dollars; you can pay in USD, in RWF, by mobile money or in crypto, and the concierge confirms the total in writing.
