Six guests usually means three couples, a family with grandparents, or friends on a long weekend. All three larger villas have four bedrooms, so six people have room to spare, and Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero each have a bedroom without stairs for older guests (Ikaze's bedrooms are upstairs).

The choice comes down to what the group wants to share. Amahoro, in Kibagabaga, has a pool, a fire pit and a separate cinema room. Urugwiro, in Kacyiru, has an infinity pool, a hot tub and 2,000 m² of gardens close to the centre. Irebero, in Rebero, has a pool and hot tub, a spa room, a gym and a wine bar. A private chef can cook for the whole group on request, and a private driver can be arranged for the days out.

Good to know

Each villa is booked to one group at a time, with a house manager on site and daily housekeeping. A private chef cooks in the villa on request, with a second or third chef for a larger group. The concierge can look for a babysitter on request.

The villas for six

Each villa is booked whole, to one group at a time.

Amahoro is a duplex villa in Kibagabaga with the feel of a penthouse, a pool and a fire pit for the evenings. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.

Urugwiro is Kacyiru's villa of gardens, an infinity pool and a dedicated office, a short walk from cafés and embassies. Urugwiro sleeps up to eight. At night the living room becomes a private cinema: a 100-inch screen, with lights that change colour.

In this group: Irebero, a villa in the quiet Rebero Hills where the wine bar becomes the group's private lounge after dark. Irebero sleeps seven in four bedrooms: one king, two queens and one single; three are en-suite and a full guest bathroom is downstairs.

For a larger group, several villas can be booked together, and the concierge arranges it.
