Several villas for 15+

Fifteen or more is a wedding party, a large reunion or a company retreat. Two villas can host fifteen or sixteen guests: Amahoro with Urugwiro sleeps up to sixteen, and either of them with Irebero up to fifteen. Beyond sixteen, a third villa joins: the three larger villas sleep up to twenty-three together, and all four up to twenty-seven.

A group this size needs more hands. A second or third chef can join the first for the big meals, the airport pickup can be arranged at any hour for each arrival, and low-key celebrations are welcome at every villa, as long as the neighbourhood is not disturbed. Everything the concierge arranges is quoted before you confirm.

Good to know

There is no lobby and no one else staying: the house, its garden and its pool are yours. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested around your flights. Your concierge answers on WhatsApp before you arrive and during your stay.

The villas that go together

Here is how the villas compare.

Amahoro: Kibagabaga's villa of four suites, two living rooms, a pool and a cinema room. A house manager is on site, housekeeping is daily and security is on duty around the clock.

Then there is Urugwiro, a Kacyiru villa with terraces over the city, a pool and a barbecue in the gardens. Urugwiro sleeps eight in four bedrooms: one king and three queens; three are en-suite and the fourth uses the hallway bathroom.

Irebero is a hillside villa in the Rebero Hills with a pool and hot tub, a spa room, a private gym and a wine bar. Irebero sleeps up to seven. A house manager is on site and daily housekeeping is included.

At least two villas are needed: the two largest sleep up to 16 guests together, and all four villas up to 27.

Do we share the house with strangers?

No. A villa is never shared: one booking, one group, the whole house.

How do we get from the airport to the villa?

With a private pickup arranged by the concierge. Amahoro, Urugwiro and Irebero are about 20 minutes away by car.

How does payment work?

Once the dates are confirmed, the concierge sends the payment details and the total in writing. USD, RWF, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money and crypto are accepted.
