Travelling from Vancouver, you follow the entry rule for citizens of the United States. Citizens of every country can get a visa on arrival at Kigali International Airport and at all land borders, or apply online before travelling. The visa fee does not exceed USD 50 for a single entry or USD 70 for multiple entries. Rules can change: check the official page of Rwanda's Directorate General of Immigration and Emigration before you travel; the online application is on Irembo.
Villa rates are in US dollars, the same currency as in the United States. Payment details come only from the concierge, after your dates are confirmed.
Cash is also accepted on arrival at the villa, in US dollars or Rwandan francs, with a written receipt from the concierge.
Your concierge books the pickup at Kigali International Airport for your flight, at any hour; it is included from three nights at Amahoro and Urugwiro.

The collection has four villas: Amahoro (Kibagabaga, eight guests), Urugwiro (Kacyiru, eight), Irebero (Rebero, seven) and Ikaze (Kicukiro, four). There is no lobby and no one else staying: the house is yours. In the United States you might call it a vacation rental or a private estate; in Kigali it is a private villa, booked to your group alone.
